Swing dancing since: 2007

Matt first discovered swing dancing in college when someone asked him to be part of a choreographed swing dance. And coincidentally, he joined Fidgety Feet in 2024 when someone once again asked him to join the team. Matt is always excited about his next dance and swing never fails to put a smile on his face. He especially loves the improvisational nature of swing dancing. His enthusiasm for swing makes sense since he also loves listening to jazz and going to concerts. When he’s not on the dance floor, you might find Matt playing the trumpet with the jam band, cooking up some delicious 5-star meal, or dabbling in improv comedy. Matt also serves on the board of DC's dance organization DCLX.
